1) You want to file for legal separation
2) You don’t have a covenant marriage
3) You and your spouse have no minor children AND the female spouse is not pregnant
4) You OR your spouse have lived Arizona for ninety days before you file the petition, OR one of you is in the armed forces and has been stationed in Arizona for at least ninety days before you file
5) You or your spouse want to live separately or believe that the marriage is irretrievably broken
